Starboard

Highlight popular messages by letting your community "star" them into a dedicated channel.

The Starboard module lets your community highlight great messages. When a message receives enough star reactions, it is automatically reposted to a designated starboard channel for everyone to see.

How It Works

  1. A member reacts to a message with the configured star emoji.
  2. When the reaction count reaches the threshold, the message is reposted to the starboard channel as an embed showing the original content, author, and a link to the original message.
  3. If more reactions are added after posting, the starboard embed is updated with the new count.
  4. If reactions drop below the threshold, the starboard entry remains (it is not deleted).

Bot messages and system messages can also be starred. The starboard embed preserves all message content including images, embeds, and attachments.
